Lymphatic Therapy

The Lymphatic System is part of the immune system and is complementary to the circulatory system. The lymphatic system consists of a network of vessels, nodes, and ducts that collect, circulate and process fluid in the body. Throughout the body, there are 500 to 700 lymph nodes with about 1/3 of those located from the neck up. This system plays a vital role in Gut health and also, among other responsibilities, aids in pain and inflammation relief. When the Lymph system is sluggish and the lymph ducts are not draining properly, dis-ease is easily established. Keeping the system flushed will aid in homeostasis by helping maintain proper blood circulation, body fluid balance, and immune function.
